A lovely house in a great situation. Superbly equipped and very comfortable. I will definitely use this again for my visits to UK. Mr J, Mula, Murcia 19 October 2010
We would definitely recommend this holiday to anybody. The accommodation is suitable for all ages and abilities. Everything is provided for the comfort and enjoyment of the holidaymaker. Mrs S, Otley, West Yorkshire 28 September 2010
We have enjoyed another visit to Meadow Barn. The late spring colours were super and the bird song magical. The cottage was warm, so that we didn't actually need the wood burning stove, even though the first week was cool. The second week was sunny and increasingly warn and dry. Good walks are available even from the cottage. Mr R, NANTWICH, Cheshire 25 May 2010
Meadow Barn is the nicest, cleanest, best equipped holiday cottage we have ever stayed in and there have been a lot. Ideally placed for walking or driving, and superbly quiet. We also enjoyed watching bats flying at night, and starlit skies with no light pollution. Very highly recommended. Mrs I, WITHAM 27 September 2009
I just wanted to say what a wonderful week we had here. Lovely, clean, comfortable accommodation - the little touches for our 16 month old were great too. The living room is huge and there is even a whole other room that you won't know about until you get there! Once again, a great cottage! Mrs S, Stourbridge , West Midlands 21 September 2009
This lovely cottage is spacious and comfortable and in a very peaceful location. The nearest beach at Mundesley which is only 3 miles away, and Cromer 20 minutes drive. The coast and marshes around Blakeney Point have a wild beauty of their own, and are a birdwatchers paradise. There are two fantastic cycle tracks along old railway tracks, starting from Aylesham (20 minute car drive away), but you can also cycle from the cottage to Bacton Woods, which is good to cycle round. The Bluebell has good pub grub, and if you are into fine dining, the Olive Tree Restaurant opposite is recommended. One of our favourite visits was to Hillside Shire Horse and Animal Sanctuary (30 minute drive). Mrs L, Epsom, 15 September 2009
The cottage was extremley comfortable and very well appointed which made a fantastic base for our holiday. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of extra provisions which were very useful, meaning you felt more like you were staying with friends. Can't wait to go back. Mr F, Northampton 23 August 2009
A fabulous cottage that has everything you need for a great family holiday. The cottage is very well maintained and is very warm and cosy and the owners are very friendly and they made us feel at home the moment we arrived. This location is fantastic for exploring Norfolk, and is close to some lovely beaches - we enjoyed Mundesley Beach which is only 4 miles away, it is very clean and not over crowded and is only 4 miles from the cottage. We are definitley booking to stay at Meadow Barn next year! Mr C, Macclesfield, 26 July 2009
A lovely cottage in a lovely quiet location. The owners (who live next-door) were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this holiday cottage. Mr T, ELY 22 July 2009
A lovely, well kept cottage in a great location for visiting the various Norfolk attractions. The owners (who live next-door) were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We found the best beach for all the family was at Sea Palling, which is just a short drive up the coast. This was a big hit with our 18 month old son who had a great time playing in the sand. We would highly recommend this cottage for a family holiday. Mr T, Ely, 21 July 2009
An excellent home, well appointed and a friendly and unobtrusive owner. Mr S, Ipswich, Suffolk 05 June 2009
A great cottage situated in a great location, with everything that you could need. Spacious, homely and so peaceful - its a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Mrs M, MARCH, 06 May 2009
We are a family of 6 with 4 daughters ranging from 2 to 12 years. We found the barn plenty big enough for us to all to live and sleep in very comfortably for the whole week. The photographs on the website do not show the full size of each room; in particular the living room contains, in addition to the seating around the fireplace, a large dining table for 6, and an additional seating area at the back of the room. We received a warm welcome from the owner and the barn was in lovely condition. It is in a very peaceful location with countryside views from all windows. We recommend a visit to Bewilderwood, Amazon Zoo, Dinosaur Adventure Park, Bure Valley Railway and of course hiring a day boat on the broads at Wroxham.
We are definitely hoping to return to the barn as there is more to do in the area. Mr I, Stevenage, Hertfordshire 20 April 2009
